Darby & Grey is a premium event furniture hire company based in Onehunga, Auckland, supplying contemporary furniture for conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, product launches and corporate events across Auckland and New Zealand.

Our range is designed for business events: lounge suites and armchairs, dining and cocktail tables, bar leaners and stools, modular seating, plinths and display pieces, in collections from warm timber and rattan to acrylic, black and gold. We furnish delegate lounges, VIP and sponsor areas, exhibition stands, breakout spaces, registration areas and gala dinners, and work alongside venues, event agencies, stylists and stand builders.

Events are hard, we get it. We make furniture the easy part: clear quotes, flexible hire periods (our hire fee covers 1–7 days), and our own trucks and crew handling delivery, installation and collection so organisers can focus on their event. We're a preferred supplier to leading Auckland venues, and we can also provide event signage, custom printing and branded walls.
