Based in Auckland, we operate from a purpose-built facility featuring three state-of-the-art commercial kitchens - hot, cold, and patisserie - each managed by dedicated, highly experienced teams under the guidance of our Executive Chef Jules Edmonds.

Our menus are crafted with care, showcasing seasonal, high-quality ingredients and bold, flavour-led presentation. Our team of multi-national chefs brings extensive local and international experience, enabling us to excel across diverse cuisines and deliver consistent, high-standard culinary experiences. Dedicated event managers and professional service staff work alongside our kitchen teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and is a resounding success.

We have built a reputation for excellence, precision, and innovation, working with some of New Zealand’s most iconic venues and leading event professionals. We have partnered with Tātaki Auckland Unlimited since 2017, delivering a wide spectrum of events - from bespoke, high-end weddings at the Auckland Art Gallery to large-scale galas for over 1,500 guests at the Viaduct Events Centre. Our structured approach allows us to manage high volumes of events in a single day without compromising quality, presentation, or service.
